Stepping into this historic 125 year old Karoo cottage, you are reminded for a moment of a time when folk sat on the vine-covered stoep gazing at the stars glinting behind mountain silhouettes and listened to the gushing of the leiwater and chiming church bells.

This fresh, quaint cottage with its original wooden floors and high ceilings has been lovingly restored and has quality touches that promise a very comfy stay. It is central but private and you may choose to stroll to the restaurant of your choice or simply explore the picturesque streets.

This cottage consists of 3 spacious bedrooms and sleeps 6. It has one queen size bed, a double bed and two single beds. There are 2 stylish bathrooms – one with an original iron bath and another with a ‘family size’ shower.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with microwave, stove/oven etc and tea/coffee and rusks are supplied. There is a TV with some SABC channels and off street parking.

A seated stone braai area offers a relaxed time under the stars whilst friends and family may chat in the spacious kitchen and covered outdoor eating area.
